"The directory could not be created" When working with Kitsu plugin

Hi all,

I'm sure this is probably a simple fix but I can't figure this out for the life of me. Anyway, I have a prism project set up with Kitsu and its all working great, Kitsu tasks sync with prism and I can see comments, notes etc. I can't, however, create any scene files within prism, clicking in the scene file section of prism and selecting "create new version from preset" gives the error "This directory could not be created..." and then lists the directory. My first question I guess is, should this work? Is this intended behaviour and I'm just missing something? Perhaps I am fundamentally misunderstanding how the plugin works, does it create scene files on the Server Kitsu is running on? I was under the impression all scene files would be stored locally and kitsu only work as a management tool. For reference I have Kitsu running on a seperate Proxmox machine in a Docker container. IF anyone knows what might be going on, or explain that I have misunderstood the setup that would be great.

Thanks, Tom

Hey Tom,

Yes that should work fine. The folder would be created in your Prism project on your filesystem, not on your Kitsu server. Is your Prism project on a local hard drive or some network server? Can you create the path mentioned in the error popup manually in the Windows explorer?
