Having trouble with importing a rig - Blender 4.2

My name is Jorn, I'm an animator, and I'm trying Prism for the first time today. So far, it has been really impressive and I like to thank all the developers!

My issue is regarding importing rigs. I exported a Rig collection and tried to import it into a shot scene file. I get an "import failed: D:" Error. What could be wrong?
