File containt no section headers

Hello, I started to have a bug that happen basically at every action I'm doing with prism :

I get a few of them in a row when opening the prism UI on maya :

tried to investigate the few file that have been mentioned but I can't find any issues compared to any other file.

There is something wrong with your preferences. It looks like the houdini scene is in the "recent_projects" section of your preferences (C:\Users\user\Documents\Prism\Prism.ini)

There should only be .ini files in that list. Not sure how the .hiplc file came in there. But you should be able to fix that error by removing that file from recent_projects in a text editor.
