Can't install Prism correctly

Hi Richard

I Can't install Prism 1.3 correctly，when i install finish，nothing happened, and i cant run “Win_Setup_Integrations.bat” ， nothing happened too.（windows 10）（Prism_v1.2.1.75 can use，but 1.3 can't）

need help ~
