Blender startup File

Hey guys. Is there any way to keep my blender startup file intact when launched with prism? It would be very useful and important. If not, could it be implemented?

That should be possible already. You mean that you want to have your custom settings when you use "Create empty file" in the Project Browser? In that case you can create or modify the scenes in the folder, which @c17vfx mentioned. Or you can open your custom startup file and use the "< Create new preset from current >" option in the "Create empty file" menu.
