We are happy to announce the Prism Krita plugin. This plugin integrates Prism into Krita – a free and open-source digital painting and 2D animation application made for artists.

Prism’s Krita plugin brings digital painting into your production pipeline, connecting artwork with the rest of your project directly inside Krita.

• Version your artwork: Save incremental KRA or PSD versions, with optional comments and thumbnails.
• Browse project files: Access scenefiles and published media through Prism’s Project Browser.
• Import images: Open project images as new documents or add them as paint layers.
• Publish artwork: Export flattened images as PNG, JPEG, TIFF or OpenEXR, with version management.
• Work across platforms: Supports Windows, Linux and macOS.

How to get it

The Krita plugin is currently in early access for Prism Pro users, but in the future this plugin will become available for other Prism users as well.
Pro users can install the plugin in the Prism Hub or download it from here.
This plugin requires Prism v2.1.4.2+.
