Scripting API - all possible cmd?

Hey,

I know it's a lot of work, but is there a complete list of all possible API commands?

Specifically what I want to control. Create project (create file structure) ; Load Launcher Config; Setting for project management -> Shotgrid; Add project to "Studio"; Add users to the project.
