Prism2.0 - Project Preset

Project Preset should be save the "00_Pipeline\Configs" - Folder

and the Projects Envoriments .

and for the PRISM_LAUNCHER_CONFIG ENV , if i make a new Project from preset, this envoriment should be updatet with the new Projectpath.

so we can have a MASTER preset with the actual Plugins, instead of "scan" , because we didnt want to have old programversions in the launcher.
