I'm having a small problem when it comes to writing in text boxes

That's caused by a bug in 3ds Max. Just install the latest service pack:

https://prism-pipeline.com/forum/topic/problem-when-type-in-asset-name/

Maybe this also solves your problem with Pandora and Max 2018.
