Installation Issues

Hi we would love to try out Prism for our pipeline. I have installed it to my machine and the GUI is working, I have been able to set up a project, but the shelf is missing in Maya. I have tried both Maya 2022 and 2023. I'm wondering if the maya integration hasn't installed properly? However I can't figure out how to actually uninstall the software to try again (not visible in windows add or remove programs)

We are on windows. I have installed Prism to the C drive, and I have a shared storage for our team mounted to the F drive, which is where I saved the intial test project.

Any ideas how to proceed please? Thank you
