hidden empty sequences

I just came across this bug.

I had previously created the sequence called "MONO" as you can see in the explorer screenshot.

Later on, those shots disappeared from the Prism shot list, possibly because they are empty? Still, I can not make or save files into those shots, as you see I'm trying to do. The error says that that shot already exists.

Windows 10 x64

Prism 1.3.0.14

sorry for that recently introduced bug. It's fixed now in v.1.3.0.16.
