can t install the new Prism version

I tried to install the new Version.

After trying to setup the integrations i get this error message.

Then Prism can t be opened anywhere, not as administrator nor anyhow else...

I can t even delete the PRISM folder.

I have to restart my PC before i can delete the PRISM folder.

The problem was a bug when the HighDPI mode was enabled in the Prism Settings. The reason that you couldn't remove the Prism folder was that the python process kept running in the background after that error message and you cannot remove an executable while the process is running.

Both errors are fixed now in v1.3.0.3

Unfortunately i have two other problems:

the EXR Preview is no longer working
i can t open my older projects. i get the error message below.

2 of 11 projects can be opened the rest can t be opened.

The new Prism version converts the 00_Pipeline/pipeline.ini in your project to 00_Pipeline/pipeline.yml. It looks like some of these configs were not converted correctly into yml files. Could you send me one or two of the pipeline.ini files, which were not converted correctly? Either upload them here or send them to contact@prism-pipeline.com. Then I can have a look why some configs can be converted without problem and some not.

The problem with opening old projects is fixed now in v1.3.0.4.

I'll take a look at the exr preview issue tomorrow.
