Blender + Linux + Prism problem

OS: elementary OS 5.1.7 Hera (Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS, Linux 4.15.0-135-generic, GTK 3.22.30), tested on fresh elementary install.

Blender: 28.3.10 LTS also tested on 2.91.2

Prism: 1.3.0.66 (project version 1.3.0.62)

NVIDIA driver/card: tested on multiple drivers and cards.

Problem description:

Blender starts with "QApplication: invalid style override passed, ignoring it.
OpenColorIO Error: The specified transform file '/home/pawel/Software/blender/2.83/datafiles/colormanagement/luts/srgb_inv.spi1d' could not be loaded. Invalid 'From' Tag" errors.

After switching to eevee (lookdev/material preview mode) shader error appears in console: "GPUShader: compile error:
0:10317(21): error: too many parameters to `vec3' constructor
0:10317(21): error: initializer of const variable `cons25' must be a constant expression
0:10319(22): error: too many parameters to `float' constructor
0:10319(22): error: initializer of const variable `cons27' must be a constant expression
0:10320(22): error: too many parameters to `float' constructor
0:10320(22): error: initializer of const variable `cons28' must be a constant expression
0:10322(21): error: too many parameters to `vec3' constructor
0:10322(21): error: initializer of const variable `cons33' must be a constant expression"

Blender 2.9x simply crashes after clicking material preview mode.

Problem seems to be tied with Prism integration. Fresh Blender installation behaves normally, it breakes after Prism integration installation. It doesn't happen on Windows.

Can anyone test it on CentOS, please?
