Blender Linux crash with OpenColorIO ERROR

Hello!

I have a weird bug here where as soon as Prism Integrations is added to either blender 3.0.0 or 3.0.1 I get OpenColorIO error that instantly crashes blender when creating a material or going into render view. See the full error below.

I've manually added PySide2 and shiboken2 to the Blenderinstall/3.0/python/lib/python3.9/site-packages/

But that doesn't seem to do anything until I add the prism integrations.
Any idea what it is?
