Prism Hub

I have just downloaded Prism and want to install the DCC plugin for 3dsmax.

I have registered on the website and logged into prism Hub but the app is empty? see attached screenshot

Any ideas?

Hello @patrick,

this looks like the Hub information couldn't be requested from the server. It might be a connection problem.

Can you enable the "Debug Mode" in the Prism User Settings -> "Miscellaneous" tab and then open Prism using this file: C:\Program Files\Prism2\Tools\prism_gui_with_console.bat

If you open the Hub now you should see a warning or error message in the console.

I turned my computer off and on again and it is all sorted!
