Is Prism 2.0 open source?

I could only find the source code for Prism 1.x. Is 2.0 open source? And if not, will it be in the future?

The code of Prism 2 will be uploaded to GitHub soon. For now you can get the code from installing Prism 2 using the installer or the zip file
