Exporting USD from Unreal

Hey, I'm testing exporting USD from Unreal Engine and have one issue. How to export only those objects that are in sequencer, not everything included in level. I see that its making separate files for assets, then defining those in level usd file, and then referencing it in version file and exporting animation there, but I want on this "level" file only those objects, that are included in sequencer, how Can I do this? With big levels its pretty messy to export all of this when in sequence are only few objects used. Also, is there option to export subsequences as separate layers? Thank you for what you do, because it looks promising!
