Documentation for Prism 1

Hi, since there are a few people still using Prism 1, it would be great to still have access to the documentation.

The Prism 1 documentation is still available here on GitHub: https://github.com/PrismPipeline/Prism/blob/prism1/Documentation/index/getting_started.rst

It got removed from the readthedocs page to avoid confusion about where the docs for the latest Prism version are (which are now here: https://prism-pipeline.com/docs/latest/).
