Warning on opening render handler

Hello all,

I get this warning every time I open the render handler, also other colleagues have it too. The jobs and everything seems to render fine but I want to check if there is a way to fix it or there is an issue with rights/permissions Pandora doesn't have to access the local server network of our IT department.
