Unknown Error When Creating new Project.

Hello,

I'm getting an error immediately as soon as I try to Create a New Project, either from within Maya or from the Tray.
Using Windows 10.

Would love to use Prism on an upcoming project, but this is obviously a big issue that is putting up a roadblock for us.

Where could I download 1.3.0.47 from? It seems that the latest on the download page is 1.3.0.34
