Unable to Create a STEP

Hello,

New to Prism, i was able to create project and added a folder and sub folder in the assets but when i double click in the steps sections i do not get a pop with step options. Is it a known bug, is there an work around?

I am an Idiot, I figure out! is created a subfolder but it needs and asset.
