Shotgun publish error

I have a problem with posting an Asset to shotgun. I have not tested if the problem is also for shots.

I have used:
Maya 2020.3
Prism 1.3.0.43

The error means that there is already a version in Shotgun, which has the same name as the one Prism wants to create. Are you trying to publish the same version twice?
