Prism to Shotgrid sync error

Hi Richard,

Our show has about 17 shots that exist both in Prism and Shotgrid. When we try to sync with the "local shots to Shotgun", we get the error message that is attached to this post. We should be on the latest version of Prism and our Shotgrid site is pretty standard. The Script Name, Script API Key etc should be setup correctly.

It would be great if you could please look into it. Just let me know if I can provide you with more information that's useful for the debug 🙂
