Maya userSetup not launching inside \00_Pipeline\

Hello!
New to Prism here, I'm trying to launch a custom userSetup.py for each project.
I tried to put the userSetup.py in the "00_Pipeline\CustomModules\Maya\scripts" but is not running automatically, that also makes sense because Prism itself is initialized in a userSetup.py

There is a way to do something similar? how can I call automatically a script to run at the startup of maya?
