Maya error

Hello, I'm currently facing an issue with the 'Non-ASCII character' error.

I added the code "# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-" to "C:\Program Files\Prism2\PythonLibs\CrossPlatform\qtpy\QtCore.py",

but it didn't work.

I'm using Maya 2020. Another problem is that when I open Prism, I don't see the Rendering tab as shown in the tutorial video.

I'm seeking assistance, thank you.

Hello @cuongmeo99,

Prism 2 supports only Maya 2022+ as mentioned here: https://prism-pipeline.com/docs/latest/index/plugins/Maya.html

Which video are you referring to? There are some plugins, which can add additional tabs to the Project Browser. But none of the official plugins is adding a tab called "Rendering".

As for the Rendering section, my computer doesn't have the part as shown in the picture, only the section above.

This screenshot is from Prism 1, which had a different layout.

In Prism 2 you can find your renderings in the Media tab.
