This tool seems to become quite popular in the last time. However, I couldn't find anything about a Python API or developer documentation. That means it could be necessary to browse the Meshroom sourcecode to find the functions needed for the Prism integration. That could be a lot more difficult than integrating Prism in a tool like Nuke or Maya, which is well documented. I haven't used Meshroom yet, so maybe it's easier than I think, but it depends on how easy it is to extend Meshroom with python scripts.

As long as there is no native Prism integration for Meshroom, maybe a combination of the free Houdini Apprentice, Prism and the Alicevision plugin could be a good workflow.
