HDA definition not loading untill I open a prism window

Hello!

I have a strange issue where a windows machine when opening a houdini file has all instances of an hda empty and without reference to the prism project hda. Then when I just open the prism state manager (maybe project browser too) and close it again, it reconnects the hda to the definition in the prism project.

Am I doing something wrong?
The workflow otherwise work and my linux machine seems to open houdini files and find the definition fine enough.
