create empty program files for any program, regardless of compatibility

I would love to be able to select a blank program file I create from any program and have it as an option when creating empty files and tracking versions, regardless of if that program has a prism plugin or not. for example creating an empty after effects file for comping or creating an editing task and using premiere, etc...

I just added this feature in the latest Prism version 1.2.1.33. Now you will see all filetypes in the "empty scenes" menu. Below the scenelist in the Project Browser you can enable the "Other" checkbox to display unsupported filetypes.
