Changelog generating an error

Hello Richard !

It seems that the changelog of version .30 is generating an error (might be because of the {entity}_{task}_{version} string not escaped ?),

I just wanted you to know it 🙂

Thanks for reporting. That's fixed now in v1.3.0.32
