[SOLVED] Can't render from Prism using Deadline after update

Hello Richard!

We have a small issue on our side: after updating Houdini to 18.5.532 (Python 3) and Redshift 3.0.44 I have this error message while trying to launch a deadline render through Prism (see attached picture)

Any idea where it comes from?

My first guess it that it's a problem in Prism with caused by Python 3. Will take a look.

update : I am pretty sure that the error comes from our Deadline version, I'll check on Monday and keep you updated!

Hello Richard,

We rolled back the Houdini 18.5.532 version that does not use Python 3 for now,

So everything is good on our side for now!
