LOVE YOU~~~

Wow thanks a lot for sharing @kapellan

With Cinema, in principle, it is not very difficult. Unfortunately, After Effects is not so easy, but there are already a few ideas).

updates:

  1. add layout panel
  2. started to implement functionality with render (with Octane support)
  3. some minor fixes

manuals:

  1. install script (restart of the Prism is required)
  2. DCC app add(restart of the Cinema is required)

Thanks for the update!

Testing integration with After Effects and Premiere. If anyone is interested, I will share the source code.

Awesome, I would be very curious to see how you managed to communicate between Prism and AE.

I am testing three options:
1.Adobe Execute Extendscript sending commands via (es.processFile , es.process and afterfx.exe -r c:\script.jsx'). But there are many limitations.
2. Using socket is not the best option. I implemented as a temporary solution for my studio.
3.Creating a C ++ plugin for broadcasting commands. While I'm testing this variation

Hi guys,
Maybe someone will need a solution for After Effects.

Support After Effects 2019 or higher.
Only Windows.
Rendering via Adobe media encoder.
Attention!!! The script activates the "allow scripts to write files and access network" function in After Effects.
Script use 9888 port

The test version can be downloaded here: https://github.com/kapellan2000/AfterEffects

Install:

  1. Download
  2. Unzip
  3. Run "inslall.cmd" with administrator privileges
  4. Enter path to prism root folder
  5. Prism settings>DCC apps>AfterEffects>Add
  6. Select AfterEffects root folder
  7. Run After Effects
  8. Windows>Prism.jsx
  9. Attach the panel to a suitable place
