Maya error: Not all required files are already available

We are using pandora in our render pipeline and on some instances the renders sent from maya have this error and wont start and colapse the render farm.

What is this error exactly and how can we fix it? Thank you in advance, this tool is amazing its just a bit difficul to learn on some parts 😀
