windows installation error

Hi.

first of all , Thanks for your Great job.

when I'm installing prism on windows, After extract all files , I give an error ::

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows" in "".

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

my windows is 10 x64

maya 2018.5

prism version 1.2.0

Do you get this error when you start Maya or during the installation process after you executed the Prism .exe? Can you open the standalone Prism Project Browser from the windows start menu?
