Prism maya download error

I want to download Prism plugin for maya. But when I try to download maya integration, it stopped at 10 %.

How can I solve this problem?

There are 3 things you can check:

  1. Are you logged in? (in the bottom left corner of the Hub).
  2. Does the plugin installation folder need admin permissions to write files? The default folder is here: C:\ProgramData\Prism2\plugins Usually it doesn't require admin permissions however it might be different on your system. To solve this you could run Prism as admin or change the plugin installation folder using the gear button in the Hub.
  3. In your Prism User Settings you can enable the "Debug Mode". Then you can open Prism using this file: C:\Program Files\Prism2\Tools\prism_gui_with_console.bat If you try to download a plugin now we should see an error/warning in the console, which helps us to find the problem.

In the next Prism update there will be a clear message in the Hub if any of these points are preventing the plugin installation.
