Maya / Houdini is closing itself after save.

Hi,

We started using Prism a few weeks ago and it's worth saying that it's saving us a lot of time.
There's an issue we're facing, that sometimes (4-10 times a day) when saving the file (software save function or prism shelf save), the file is saved and then software is closed.

Not sure what's causing that and how to fix that, but that's a pain sometimes.
It's both maya and houdini.
