Prism 2 supports only Maya 2022+ as mentioned here: https://prism-pipeline.com/docs/latest/index/plugins/Maya.html
Which video are you referring to? There are some plugins, which can add additional tabs to the Project Browser. But none of the official plugins is adding a tab called "Rendering".
