Is it possible to have prism retroactively ingest an existing project, with custom shot structure?

Hi there,

I've only just discovered prism and it looks great. I'm in the middle of a project, and wouldn't be able to change my existing workflow, but I would like to use prism primarily as a shot review and shotgun submission tool. it looks like it does everything I need, but I would need to adjust where prism looks for renders, and how it understands my shot structure. Is there somewhere I can change that? Or is there a way to hook it in? Or do you have to be working within prism's defined shot structure?
