Drag & Drop Blender file to Files panel generates error

Dragging & dropping a blender file to the file panel generates a prism error, however the correct result is obtained. Looking at the report it is possibly something to do with local paths, which are disabled and always have been. This error was not present in the previous version.

Thanks for the report. I missed that in the last update.

That's fixed now in v1.3.0.78.
