Double folder using "Create" button.

Hi Richard,

It's Giap 😀 I've just updated to ver 1.2.1.71 and now 1.2.1.71 and found both of them have an issue. (I'm using Maya 2018.6)

If I create a new entry or a folder by using the Create button, it creates double folder. But if I use the new green arrow button, it works normally. Please check picture below for more detail.

Thanks for reporting that bug. It will be fixed in the next update (v1.2.1.73), which I will upload in the next days.
